Thanks for your interest in my journey to bootstrap and monetize my way to $50,000 in revenue! My goal is to launch various projects that solve real problems, until I reach that goal. Ultimately I am hoping to generate enough recurring revenue from these projects to support myself. I am not sure just yet how I will achieve this goal but I invite you to come along as I try different ways to get there.
This idea came to me after I had some success selling online shops, advertising and consulting work. For each project I received a 10% finders fee from a friend, who then fulfilled these requests. This generated income, but more importantly, it made me realize that I could take it further.
So, on May 14th 2019 I started working on my first project, Landing Page Specialist. Three weeks later my first client contacted me to talk about a project. This convinced me that the website works and has potential. Currently I am working to improve Landing Page Specialist and make it profitable.
I had other projects in mind, too, but I was struggling to get very far with them. To sustain my motivation and make myself accountable, I decided to set up my personal website and declare my $50k goal in public.
